About
Who We Are
When you’re in pain or stressed, I find the real reason your body’s stuck like that and fix it.
White Bison Well-Being is a brain-based chiropractic and performance practice for people who are done managing symptoms and ready to actually fix what’s wrong.
We’re not a crack-and-go clinic. We use neurological testing, precise adjustments, and advanced healing technologies to find the real reason your body is stuck, then build the plan to get you back to the life you love. Our patients are active adults, families, and high performers who want more from their healthcare than a quick fix and a hopeful goodbye. If you’re tired of the medical merry-go-round and ready to face your storm, you’re in the right place.
Meet the Team
Dr. Travis Arrington
Founder & Chiropractic Physician
Dr. Travis Arrington has spent the last seven years doing what most doctors don’t: finding the real reason people are stuck, then building the plan to fix it. He founded White Bison Well-Being to do healthcare differently. Brain-based. Root cause focused. Built around the patient’s real life.
His care combines precise chiropractic adjustments with advanced neurological technology to help the body heal from the inside out. Every plan is custom. Every patient gets the time they need. And nothing gets missed.
Outside the office, Dr. Travis is usually on a bike or skiis, on the water, chasing his 4 girls, or somewhere off the map with his wife Jenika. He built White Bison for people like the ones he loves: active, high performing, and unwilling to let pain steal their edge.

Hailey Hoard
Office Manager
Hailey is the first face you’ll see when you walk in and the voice on the other end of the phone when you call. She runs scheduling, patient communication, and everything that keeps the office humming, so Dr. Travis can stay focused on your care. If you need help, she’s your person.
Her background is actually in elementary education, and that same patience and warmth shows up in how she takes care of our patients every day, whether she’s fitting you in for a last-minute appointment or answering a question about your visit.
Outside the office, Hailey loves staying busy with crafts like sewing and crocheting, always finding a new project to dive into. She and her fiancé love spending time in the mountains and on the water, going for walks, and relaxing at home with their two cats.
Jenika Arrington
Jenika Arrington is a Registered Nurse who has been working in the medical field since 2015. Through years of caring for and educating patients, she developed a passion for helping people take a more proactive role in their health and make sustainable lifestyle choices that support lifelong well-being.
Jenika earned her nursing degree in 2020 and has worked with patients facing a wide range of health challenges. Throughout her nursing career, she was struck by how many people were experiencing significant health concerns at a young age. Often, she found herself helping patients make changes after unhealthy patterns had already become deeply established. These experiences sparked a desire to work with people earlier in their wellness journey—helping them become more aware of their bodies, build healthier habits, and support their overall well-being before significant health challenges arise.
At the practice, Jenika works with the Qest4 bioenergetic wellness system. She combines her healthcare experience, passion for patient education, and interest in whole-person wellness to help individuals better understand their wellness and make informed, intentional choices to support their healthiest lives possible.
Jenika believes that some of the most powerful changes in health begin with greater awareness and small, sustainable choices. She enjoys creating a comfortable and supportive environment where patients feel heard, informed, and empowered to take an active role in their well-being.
In her spare time, Jenika enjoys spending time with her husband and four daughters, hiking and exploring the outdoors, creating music, and continuing to learn about health and wellness.
Jenika is passionate about helping people become more intentional about their health and giving them tools and education to support their overall well-being for years to come.
Our Mission
We help active families face their storm, find the truth, and live the life they love.
Our Vision
A world where every family knows the truth, feels their best, and lives fully with the people they love.
Our Story
The Legend
The sacred Lakota legend of the White Buffalo Calf Woman (Ptesan Wi’) tells of a deity who came to a struggling people in a time of famine. She taught them holy prayers and promised to return to restore harmony. To this day, the birth of a white bison calf signifies answered prayers, hope, and a sign of prosperous times to come.
The Bison’s Way
The bison has one trait that sets it apart from every other animal on the plains. When a storm rolls in, most animals run from it. They flee in the same direction the storm is moving and get caught inside it, prolonging their suffering.
The bison does the opposite. It turns and charges directly into the storm. It moves through the worst of it faster, on its own terms, and comes out the other side stronger.
Face Your Storm
Storms come to us all. Pain. Stress. Illness. The moments that stop us in our tracks and demand we do something about them.
You have a choice. Flee, and stay stuck in it longer. Or turn, face it head on, and move through it.
At White Bison Well-Being, we walk with you. We help you find the truth about what’s really going on, fix the root cause, and get back to the life you love.
We invite you to face your storm.
